Dear Madam/Sir,
We wish to inform you that the decree-law no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (code related to the processing of personal data) provide the protection of the persons and of others subjects concerning  processing personal data.
According to the regulation indicated, such processing will be marked by fairness principles, 
lawfulness and transparency and protection on Your privacy and on Your rights.

According to the section 13 of the decree-law no. 196/2003, therefore, we provide You with the following information:

The processing of your personal data will be carried out for the following aims: contractual requirements and following discharges, and legal obligations, concerning civil law and commercial relations, sending advertising materials.

The processing will be done with manual systems and/ or informatics acts to memorize, manage and convey those data, with the aims connection strictly logical, based on data in our possession and with commitment from Your part to tell us promptly of eventual corrections, supplements and/or adjournments.

The contribution of the data is needed for the requirement of the legal obligations and the  eventual refusal that can involve the lack or incomplete execution of the contract or the lack of prosecution of the contract.

The data could be communicated to: a) Financial Administrations, others Beings and Public Companies, national insurance institutes, welfares, insurance of requirement on obligation regulations and under theirs demands, b) controlling and controlled societies, c) procuring agents and delegates of our company, d) carriers, forwarders, e)Bank institute for payments operations, f)centre of services for data elaboration and countability holding, g) agencies or others subjects in charge to do commercial information or to send advertising material or information, h) societies of commercial information, i) third society or credit institute that will become assigned of the credits, l) society and legal studies for the protection of the rights born from the contract.

At any time you can assert Your rights towards the holder of the precessing, according to the section 7 of the law 196/2003, that we have reproduced integrally for Your convenience. 

TITLE II ? DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS
    
Right to access Personal Data and Other Rights
1.	A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.

2.	A data subject shall have the right to be informed: a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2); of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.

3.	A data subject shall have the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of data; b) erasure, anonymity or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

4.	A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning  him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of the market or commercial surveys.
