Benserviti consists of three different lines:
mayonnaise-based spreads, which can be kept for up to three months if refrigerated properly; seafood-based products such as seafood salads containing moscardini (similar to small octopuses), octopus, prawns, and anchovy fillets, which can be kept for up to four months in the refrigerator; and seafood salads belonging to the pasteurized food line, which can be kept for up to ten months.
